Thomas Meany, CEO of Cell-Free Technology

Tom Meany is CEO of Cell-Free Technology, a company that develops high speed protein expression tools for researchers in industry and academia. Before that Tom completed a PhD in physics, a Marie Curie Fellowship and worked in the Quantum Information Group in Toshiba’s Cambridge Research Labs developing semiconductor quantum light sources. He started working on synthetic biology after joining Cambridge University as an interdisciplinary fellow and spun-out cell-free a few year later.
