Megan Palmer, Senior Research Scholar of the Center for International Security and Cooperation
Dr. Megan J. Palmer is a Senior Research Scholar at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University. Her work seeks to understand, promote and advise on the responsible development of biotechnologies in society. She leads programs in responsible biotechnology leadership, including the Human Practices program of the iGEM competition. A biological engineer by training, she previously directed policy research for a multi-university center in synthetic biology.
