Lee Ellen Drechsler’s 24 years at Procter & Gamble have included work across Beauty and Baby Care businesses, with responsibilities from upstream Discontinuous Innovation to downstream Product Supply. She has worked in regional and global roles located in USA, UK, Germany and most recently Singapore, where she has been instrumental in launching the Singapore Innovation Centre, P&G’s newest R&D hub. Lee Ellen’s currently leads P&G’s Global Connect & Develop program, leveraging her passion for delivering game-changing innovation with a strong academic and business partners. She also directs the corporate Materials Science Transformative Platform Technology (TPT) organization with a mission to continue building P&G’s long-held reputation as a world leader across a range of Materials Science disciplines.
