Elizabeth (Liz) Wu is a Manager of Consumer Scientific Innovation at Johnson & Johnson Innovation. In this role, she sources, screens, and evaluates opportunities of high strategic value to the Consumer external innovation strategy in order to develop an industry-leading portfolio of Consumer innovation solutions. Liz comes to Johnson & Johnson Innovation from L’Oréal, where she held positions of increasing responsibility including Associate Principal Scientist at L’Oréal’s California Research Center in San Francisco. Prior to L’Oréal, Liz completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, a member of A*STAR’s biomedical sciences institutes in Singapore.
Liz earned her B.S. in Bioengineering from University of California, Berkeley, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Bioengineering from University of California, San Diego.
